Who’s in the Kitchen? Chef Series at WKCTC Begins June 6

Paducah, Kentucky (May 31, 2016) – Have you ever wondered what it’s like to work in a restaurant kitchen with a chef?  Wonder no more with a unique chef series at West Kentucky Community and Technical College beginning June 6.
 
Join local restaurant chefs for an evening learning their tips and tricks for their favorite recipes. Each chef experience will be held from 6 – 9 p.m. at Kitchen’s Café located at 905 Harrison Street in downtown Paducah. The cost of each chef session is $45. Participants need to bring an apron and wear closed toe shoes.

WKCTC’s Chef Patrick Fletcher shares his secrets for his favorite recipes.
 
June 20
Freight Houses’ Sara Bradley reveals a fresh and light spin on classic Southern dishes.
 
July 11
Sarah Warford from Max’s Brick Oven will share her Spanish cuisine favorites.
 
August 1
Rustic Italian is on the menu with WKCTC’s Chef Erick Engelland.
 
August 15
Kye Rogers from Ristorante di Fratelli puts a twist on traditional American dishes.
 
September 12
The cuisine is French Contemporary with Superior Care Home’s Jason Ison.
